North Kivu Civil Society official response to the letter of Guy Mbayama, urging DRC and ICCN’s authorities to remember that Civil society actors in North Kivu have the primary duty to defend and promote, at all times and everywhere, the rights of citizens in the entire territory of the Democratic Republic of Congo. The letter ends with an official request to the General Director of the Congolese Institute for the Conservation of Nature (ICCN) to do something about the unacceptable behavior of Mr Guy MBAYMA, Technical and Scientific Director of ICCN, and remove him from his position.
