Claire A Milner is currently working on a new collection to serve as metaphors of our time. The works focus on endangered animals and symbolise an irreversible process which will ultimately affect the future of humanity through the decimation of important species due to acts of greed and vanity. These artworks include allegorical references, the co-existence of abstract elements with realist forms, literature and latin written as graffiti and the opposing aesthetics of precious crystals and mixed media. The collection will be exhibited in 2014.
