Toute personne a droit à un environnement sain et propice à son épanouissement intégral.
Elle a le devoir de le défendre.
L’Etat veille à la protection de l’environnement et à la santé des populations.

 Article 53 

Everyone has the right to a healthy environment and conducive to his/her full development .
Each person has the duty to defend it.
The State shall ensure the protection of the environment and the health of the ppopulations.
